McKinley Alumni, Ivy Chen, finished 4th at the National FFA Competition in Prepared Public Speaking

Ivy Chen competed in the semifinal round at the National FFA Competition in Prepared Public Speaking. She is the first person from Hawaii to move on to the final four since 1960 and the first from McKinley in the final four since 1938.

Ivy finished 4th nationally, a tremendous achievement being the first from Hawaii in 40 years. Congratulations!

She was honored at the main stage of the event at Lucas Oil Stadium (home of the Indianapolis Colts).
