Ho'ohiki Pilina Program
Malamamentalhealth.org is a comprehensive mental health directory website aimed to improve the accessibility of mental health resources for Hawai'i's Gen Z. This site covers topics such as common problems, self-help, help through loved ones, how to get help confidentially, how to get help with and without insurance, and much more. These topics were highly requested in a survey sent out to high school students in Honolulu and there is a Google Form on the homepage where people can submit feedback for improvement. This site was created by high school students under the guidance of Dr.Trina Orimoto, a licensed clinical psychologist from the Child Adolescent Mental Health Division of the Hawaii State Department of Health, and its content will be regularly updated as needed.
